Program Delivery

The dual certification MBA Program at Exeed College will be facilitated by renowned faculty with decades of experience in the domain. During the program, the students will be exposed to industry specific case studies, business simulations and extempore. All the students enroll for MBA program will have access to the Electronic library access with 1000s of journals and books.

Delivery – Online:

The program will be deliver through state of the art online learning system and all the learners will have access to international journals and books. All the programs will be deliver by international faculty and student can attend the live lectures from senior international faculties by logging in the system. All the sessions will be recorded and the students can listen the lectures at free time. The LMS has option for doubt clarification session and online classroom activity.

Assignment and Assessment:

UCAM – Exeed College follows assignment based assessment approach and student has to submit an assignment after each module.

One year fully accredited and internationally recognized program in Global Sports Management is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding of the business of sports – related organizations and their management in a global context. The program will prepare for management career in sports organizations, teams, clubs, sportspersons, venues, telecasting and events.

Program Overview:

This program provides learners with the knowledge and understanding of the operational aspects of sports – related organizations and their management in a global context whereby helping learners to manage complex issues in sports management. The program also dwells into domains of Marketing, Risk management and Human capital management in global sports management.

The one year MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Global Sports Management is a comprehensive program designed for the business professionals who are looking forward for a managerial or senior administration role. Post completion of the program, the learners will be awarded with a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from Cambridge International Qualifications, UK and a Master of Business Administration from Universdiad Catolica de Murcia, UCAM.

The students enrolling with MBA in Global Sports Management will undertake the core modules on International Human Resource Management, Strategic Change Management, Strategic Management and Leadership, Operations Management, Sports Operations Management in a global context Leadership and Strategy and Analytics in the Global sports context in First Part while in the second part the students will take the module on Socio – Economic – Legal Environment and a thesis work.

Program Outline – Part A

The part A consists of six modules out of which four modules are core while two are specialized modules. The six modules will be delivering over a period of six months. All the learners who complete the part A will attain 40 ECTS which is equivalent to 120 UK Credits.

Program Outline – Part B

The part B consists of a mandatory module and a thesis work. The part B will last for six months duration and all the learners will complete the part A and Part B will be awarded with a degree in MBA in Global Sports Management from UCAM Spain and will attain 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) which is equivalent to 180 UK credits.

Sports Operations Management in a global context:

The module provides learners with the knowledge and understanding of the operational aspects of sports – related organisations and their management in a global context whereby helping learners to manage complex issues in sports management. The module also dwells into domains of Marketing, Risk management and Human capital management in global sports management.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Demonstrate a critical awareness of managing Operations and Projects in the context of Global Sports Management.
  • Critically evaluate the application of marketing techniques in sports related organisations.
  • Evaluate and synthesise Risk and Human capital management practices in the sports industry in a global context.
  • Critically analyze contemporary issues, challenges and problems relating to business and management that impact on business and management at functional, strategic and sector levels.
  • Critically reflect on current operational challenges within professional practice in sports management.

Leadership, Strategy and Analytics in the Global sports context:

This module has been designed to provide learners with a solid understanding of managing Risk in Financial institutions. The module also explores the role of Risk as an effective instrument in managing Financial discrepancies.

  • Demonstrate a critical understanding of leadership in sports and an awareness of past and current issues in sports leadership.
  • Understand the use of various data analytics methodologies and techniques in decision making in sports organisations.
  • Critically analyse the linkages between the organisation, environment and strategy for sports related organisations
