This module gives an in-depth understanding of design and implementation of agile supply chain systems by looking at the actual implementation of supply chain strategy, model analysis, refinement and eventual implementation. The module will also enable participants to review the critical strategic drivers, strategic variables, benchmarking metrics and performance measurements.
