Program Delivery

The dual certification MBA Program at Exeed College will be facilitated by renowned faculty with decades of experience in the domain. During the program, the students will be exposed to industry specific case studies, business simulations and extempore. All the students enroll for MBA program will have access to the Electronic library access with 1000s of journals and books.

ADMISSIONS Requirements :

Applicants must have attained the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
  • Mature Entry Route based on work experience (minimum 5 yrs of professional work experience)

Delivery – Online:

The program will be deliver through state of the art online learning system and all the learners will have access to international journals and books. All the programs will be deliver by international faculty and student can attend the live lectures from senior international faculties by logging in the system. All the sessions will be recorded and the students can listen the lectures at free time. The LMS has option for doubt clarification session and online classroom activity.

Assignment and Assessment:

UCAM – Exeed College follows assignment based assessment approach and student has to submit an assignment after each module.

*Degrees offered by UCAM are university’s accredited own awards and should not be misconstrued as nationally accredited awards in spain. 

One year fully accredited and internationally recognized program in General Management designed for career progressive management professional. The program will prepare for roles in General Management, Branch Management, Business Unit Management and Strategic Business Unit Management.

Program Outline – Part A

The part A consists of six modules out of which four modules are core while two are specialized modules. The six modules will be deliver over a period of six months. All the learners who complete the part A will attain 40 ECTS which is equivalent to 120 UK Credits.

Program Outline – Part B

The part B consists of a mandatory module and a thesis work. The part B will last for six months duration and all the learners will complete the part A and Part B will be awarded with a degree in MBA in General Management from UCAM Spain and will attain 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) which is equivalent to 180 UK credits.

Management Accounting and Finance:

This module is designed to inform and help the students, gain adequate awareness of the various aspects of financial statement evaluations through conduct of ratio analysis as a quantitative tool and its application for introspecting, comparing existing business strategies whilst considering the impact of macro-economic and macro business factors on the functioning and operations of business in a global context.

  • Critically analyze the use of the key functional areas of marketing, strategy, finance, accounting and operations management in support of wider organizational activity.
  • Analyze strategic perspectives regionally, nationally and internationally at organization and sector levels.
  • Critically evaluate the relationship between the organization and its business environment and the importance and nature of organizational change and transformation.
  • Critically analyze contemporary issues, challenges and problems relating to business and management that impact on business and management at functional, strategic andsector levels.
  • Evaluate the role and contribution of integrative strategic and leadership approaches.
  • ïSynthesize relevant critical thinking through organizational research completing an independent Accounting & Finance Assignment

Marketing Practices in Global Context:

This module is designed to expose and help the students to gain an awareness of the various aspects of marketing in a global context.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Analyse the changing business environment(s) globally and how they pose challenges to marketing management functions in organisations.
  • Develop marketing plans with application of appropriate marketing models, tools and techniques
  • Evaluate the processes involved in brand management and how they influence consumer behaviour
  • Evaluate the skills set needed as a creative marketer to launch new products/services in a dynamic global marketplace.
